فرایند بازنگری برنامه های آموزشی در دبیرخانه شورای آموزش علوم پایه ، بهداشت و تخصصی
زمینه و هدف: بازنگری برنامه های آموزشی بخشی از برنامه اصلاحات آموزشی است که سبب انطباق برنامه های آموزشی با پیشرفت های سریع تحقیقات و فناوری شده و موجب کارآفرینی، اشتغال مولد و تولید ثروت می شود. ماموریت آموزش عالی در حوزه سلامت تربیت منابع انسانی متعهد، متخصص، کار آمد مبتنی بر نیازهای بومی و ملی است. دراین مقاله تلاش شده است نقشه راه ( فرایند ) بازنگری برنامه های آموزشی اقدامی درجهت اجرایی نمودن بسته های تحول و نو آوری آموزش علوم پزشکی تدوین گردد . روش کار:بررسی متون وتجربیات صاحب نظران مشخص و از طریق برگزاری جلسات با گروه های بازنگری و اعضای هیِت های ممتحنه و یا کارگاه، تشریح گردید . یافته ها : پس از تشکیل گروه بازنگری و تعیین الگوی آن در مرحله اول، نیازسنجی از اعضای هیئتعلمی، مدیران محترم گروه، کارشناسان واحدهای آموزش، دانشآموختگان و در صورت لزوم نظرسنجی موردی از اساتید مجرب سایر رشتههای ارتباطات، کارآفرینی و ..... مورد تاکید قرار گرفت. سپس مقایسه کوریکولوم موجود با برنامه های ان رشته در سطح بینالمللی و یا رشتههای مشابه باید صورت گیرد . در مرحله سوم ضمن ساماندهی اطلاعات، با تمرکز بر کاربردیتر نمودن سرفصلهای دروس و رویکرد جامعهمحوری رشته موضوعات برنامههای درسی رشته تعیین می شود . سپس با اینده نگاری رشته، پیشنویس اولیه با بازخوانی دروس قبلی در کارگروه های هیئت ممتحنه، تهیه سیلابس جدید درسی بر اساس مهارتهای عملی ونقش های حرفهای دانشآموختگان تدوین می گردد . در آخرین مرحله با اعمال نظرات و دیدگاههای اصلاحی و رفت و برگشت از نظرات صاحب نظران، بازبینی نهائی برنامه آموزشی و ویرایشی برنامه صورت می گیرد . نتیجه گیری : اجرای صحیح فرایندهای فوق می تواند نقش مهمی در دستیابی به اهداف بازنگری در جهت تحول اموزش داشته باشد .

تعیین اثربخشی برنامه های آموزشی مدون کارکنان بیمارستان طالقانی تهران براساس الگوی کرک پاتریک در سال 1397
زمینه و هدف: کارکنان به طور مداوم نیاز به آموزش دارند که با استفاده از ارزشیابی جامع می توان از اثربخش بودن نتایج آموزش آگاه شد. هدف این مطالعه تعیین اثربخشی برنامه های آموزشی مدون کارکنان بیمارستان طالقانی بر اساس الگوی چهارمرحله ای کرک پاتریک می باشد که در نهایت به تولید یک دستور العمل راهنما برای مراکز پزشکی منجر خواهد شد. روش بررسی:پژوهش از نوع توصیفی –پیمایشی ،جامعه آماری کارکنان اتاق عمل به تعداد 50 نفر و روش نمونه گیری غیر احتمالی آسان و حجم نمونه 48 نفر می باشد. بررسی داده ها مطابق با چهار مرحله مدل کرک پاتریک مشتمل بر سطوح واکنش(پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و مصاحبه رو در رو)، یادگیری(پیش و پس آزمون کتبی و آزمون های حیطه مهارتی ازجمله آسکی)، رفتار(ارزیابی 360 درجه) و نتایج(تغییر شاخص ها) بوده و داده ها به کمک نرم افزار Spss تحلیل گردید. یافته ها: میانگین نمرات در مرحله واکنش(136.35)،در مرحله یادگیری آماره t پیش و پس آزمون کتبی(12.93) و آسکی(8.45) ، مرحله رفتار،میانگین نمرات ارزیابی 360 درجه از دیدگاه سرپرستاران (7.96±55.83) و همکاران هم سابقه(6.92±44.27) و کم سابقه(4.76±39.85)خود فرد(3.01±57.5) بیماران (0.70±13.25) و مرحله نتایج، شاخص های بیمارستانی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشته است. نتیجه گیری: در مرحله واکنش شرکت کنندگان رضایت داشته و با توجه به تغییر معنا دار در نمره میانگین پیش و پس آزمون کتبی و آسکی یادگیری صورت گرفته و بر اساس تحلیل نتایج ارزشیابی 360 درجه از منظر پنج منبع ارزیابی تا 50% آموخته ها به محیط واقعی انتقال یافته و نهایتا باعث تغییر در شاخص بیمارستانی گردیده است. کلید واژه :ارزیابی اثربخشی ،برنامه های آموزشی مدون ،رویکرد کرک پاتریک

شناسایی ابعاد استقلال دانشگاهی در راستای سیاستهای تحول و نوآوری در آموزش علوم پزشکی
زمینه و هدف: مهمترین محورهای تحول و نوآوری در علوم پزشکی توسعه زیر ساختها و تمرکز زدایی می باشد لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر،شناسایی ابعاد استقلال دانشگاهی در راستای تحول و نوآوری دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی استان مازندران بود. روش بررسی : پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی ؛ با رویکرد آمیخته و طرح اکتشافی بود و در بخش کمی با روش توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی، اساتید دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی استان مازندران با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و با در نظر گرفتن قانون اشباع تعداد 10 نفر و در بخش کمی، اعضای هیات علمی به تعداد434نفر و با روش نمونه-گیری تصادفی طبقهای براساس مرتبه علمی تعداد 204 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند.جمعآوری دادهها توسط پرسشنامه محقق ساخته75 سوالی انجام گردید. روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزار به تایید متخصصان رسید و پایایی ترکیبی و آلفای کرونباخ آنها نیز بالای 7/0محاسبه و مورد تایید قرار گرفت.جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی استفاده شد. یافته ها : نتایج نشان داد که؛ استقلال دانشگاهی دارای دو بعد «ساختاری و محتوایی» است. بعد ساختاری دارای چهار مؤلفه استقلال(سازمانی، مالی، سیاستگذاری، روابط ملی و منطقه ای) و بعد محتوایی دارای سه مؤلفه استقلال (علمی- آموزشی، پژوهشی، فناوری) است. که بعد ساختاری با بارعاملی 990/0 دارای بیشترین و بعد محتوایی با بارعاملی 961/0 دارای کم-ترین تأثیر است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته ها وجهت حفظ کیفیت و اعتبار علمی ؛لازم است در دانشگاهها به استقلال و آزادی علمی توجه شود.

بررسی وضعیت مدیریت دانش و ارتباط آن با تعهد سازمانی در کارکنان سازمانهای پژوهشی محور
زمینه و هدف: باتوجه به اهمیت بالقوه مدیریت دانش در مراکز تحقیقاتی به عنوان یک ابزار بهره وری برای خلق دانش و نوآوری، همچنین اهمیت انگیزه و تعهد کارکنان به عنوان عاملی مهم برای پیاده سازی موفق مدیریت دانش این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین مدیریت دانش و تعهد سازمانی در پژوهشگران شاغل در مراکز تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شد. روش بررسی ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش شرون لاوسون (2003) و تعهد سازمانی مودای، استیرز و پورتر (1979) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 25 و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد در مجموع بین مدیریت دانش و تعهد سازمانی پژوهشگران مراکز تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و پژوهشگران از سطح مدیریت دانش نسبتا مطلوب و تعهد سازمانی بالایی برخوردار بودند. همچنین آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد بین تولید، کسب و سازماندهی دانش با تعهد سازمانی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد اما بین ذخیره، انتشار و کاربرد دانش با تعهد سازمانی ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت. نتیجه گیری: سطح تعهد و انگیزش کارکنان به دلیل نقش زیرساختی آن، در پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش و افزایش بهره وری و اثربخشی سازمان اهمیت دارد.

ارائه الگوی راهبردهای تجاریسازی محصولات و فناوری های نوین در شرکتهای دانشبنیان نوپا
با آغاز عصر خردورزی، شرکتهای زایشی دانشبنیان به منظورهمافزایی علم و ثروت، توسعهی اقتصاددانشمحور، تجاریسازی پژوهش وتوسعه درحوزه فناوریهای برتر و با ارزش افزوده بالا ایجاد شده اند. علیرغم پیشرفتهای سالیان اخیر، یکی از چالشهای پیشروی این شرکتها، خلق ثروت و تجاری سازی یافتههای پژوهشی است. براین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه راهبردهای تجاری سازی فناوریهای نوین در شرکتهای دانشبنیان نوپا در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات برمبنای مطالعهای کیفی و با رویکرد اکتشافی-کاربردی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل؛ خبرگان دانشگاهی و مدیران دانشی فعال در شرکتهای دانشبنیان نوپا در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و نمونه آماری به روش هدفمند قضاوتی با رویکرد گلوله برفی به تعداد 15 نفر انتخاب شدهاند. از حیث روش گردآوری اطلاعات به دو شکل مطالعات کتابخانهای و میدانی با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته با خبرگان و تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای کیفی از طریق مدل شش مرحله ای تحلیل محتوا (تِم) کلارک و براون می باشد. برای سنجش روایی از شیوه معیار مقبولیت و قابلیت تایید و پایایی مصاحبه نیز از روش بازآزمون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در نهایت، نتایج تحلیل تِم منتج به ارائه نقشه راهبردی تجاریسازی فناوریهای نوین در شرکتهای دانشبنیان نوپا در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات گردید که از 5 راهبرد اصلی شامل؛ اصلاح نظام مدیریتی در شرکتهای نوپا، بهبود ارتباط شرکتهای دانش محور با صنعت، مدیریت اثربخش حقوق مالکیت فکری، افزایش اثربخشی نقش حاکمیتی دولت و فرهنگ سازی و 16 زیر راهبرد تشکیل یافته است.

بررسی تطبیقی الگوهای مشارکت بخش دولتی و خصوصی در آموزش عالی علوم پزشکی در پنج قاره
زمینه و هدف : مشارکت بخش دولتی و خصوصی علاوه بر تأمین مالی پروژه به بهرهگیری از ظرفیتهای بخش خصوصی مانند دانش و تجربه تخصصی نیز توجه دارد. هدف این مطالعه تطبیق الگوهای مشارکت بخش دولتی و خصوصی در آموزش عالی علوم پزشکی در پنج قاره برای انتخاب مدل مناسب نظام آموزش پزشکی بود. روش بررسی: این پژوهش به بررسی تطبیقی مشارکت بخش دولتی و خصوصی آموزش عالی پرداخته است. با استفاده از کلید واژه های مرتبط با مشارکت عمومی خصوصی پایگاههای اطلاعاتی معتبر به علاوه وبسایت های دانشگاههای بزرگ در پنج قاره جستجو شد. نمونه گیری دانشگاه ها بر اساس انتخاب راهبردی، هدفمند و میزان دسترسی به اطلاعات انجام شده است. یافته ها: یکی از الگوهای خوب مشارکت استفاده از منابع بخش خصوصی برای آموزش کارآموزان در محیط کار واقعی بوده است که برای هر دو شریک دولتی و خصوصی سودآوری داشته است. شریک بخش خصوصی از نیروی کار ارزانتری برخوردار می گردد و شریک بخش دولتی در هزینه های خود صرفه جویی خواهد نمود. همچنین ارائه خدمات مشاوره ای و انتقال دانش از سوی بخش دولتی برای شریک بخش خصوصی از دیگرروشهای مشارکت بود. نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد مشارکت بخش دولتی خصوصی در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی با استفاده از منابع بخش خصوصی برای آموزش بالینی ظرفیتی قابل قبول باشد. به نحوی که سیاستگذاری آموزش، تنظیم مقررات مربوطه و نظارت بر کمیت و کیفیت آموزش به بخش دولتی و تامین محل یادگیری، انتقال دانش و تجربه تخصصی به بخش خصوصی محول گردد.
