مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی و کاربرد آن در آموزش و درمان در کشورهای منتخب: مطالعه مروری
چکیدهمقدمه: تجهیزات پزشکی، سهم عمدهای در آموزش دانشجویان دارد و با توجه به کمبود منابع باید خرید تجهیزات پزشکی، متناسب با نیازهای کاربران و با توجه به مؤلفههای اقتصادی و مدیریتی صورت گیرد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی مقایسهای خرید تجهیزات پزشکی در کشورهای منتخب صورت گرفت تا با استفاده از نتایج آن، ابعاد و مؤلفههای مؤثر در مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی استخراج گردد. روش کار: این پژوهش کاربردی بهصورت توصیفی- تطبیقی (مقایسهای) انجام شده و تفسیر اطلاعات، همجواری اطلاعات و مقایسه اطلاعات صورت گرفته است. نمونههای این پژوهش، کشورهای آمریکا، کانادا، استرالیا، آلمان، چین، هندوستان و ترکیه در زمینه مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی در نظر گرفته شدند که از جنبههای مختلف مقایسه گردیدند و در مرحله بعد در پانل خبرگان مؤلفههای مؤثر بر مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی استخراج شد. نتایج: نتایج مطالعات تطبیقی حاکی از آن است که در کشورهای موردمطالعه، توجه به پیشرفتهای علمی و فناوری پزشکی و منحصربهفرد بودن تجهیزات پزشکی از حیث تکنولوژی مورداستفاده، آموزش کاربران، قیمت، خدمات پس از فروش، قدرت چانهزنی و مذاکره در راستای انعقاد قراردادهای بهتر و لزوم رعایت قوانین و استانداردها، برخی از مؤلفههایی هستند که با هم همخوانی داشتند.نتیجهگیری: با توجه به کمبود منابع و نیازهای متنوع افراد جامعه، استفاده از مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی بهصورت علمی، یک ضرورت در نظام سلامت است و در این راستا ابعاد و مؤلفههای مؤثر بر مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی استخراج میگردد که در طراحی الگوی مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی استفاده خواهد شد.

حضور عزتمند در عرصه بینالمللی آموزش پزشکی
زمینه و هدف: بین المللی سازی آموزش پزشکی، یکی از وجوه مدل شش وجهی تعالی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی کشور است که در اسناد بالادستی کشور به عنوان مسؤولیت نظام آموزش عالی در توسعهی روابط علمی در سطح جهان و منطقه با حفط اقتدار ملی در نظر گرفته شده است. روش بررسی: در مقاله حاضر با بهره مندی از نظر صاحبنظران و مسؤولین بین المللی سازی آموزش پزشکی در کشور تلاش گردیده تا به ابعاد گوناگون این مهم در حوزه علوم پزشکی، با ذکر مضامین اصلی و ارائه پیشنهادهایی در مورد راهکارهای آینده آموزش پزشکی در سطح بین المللی در ایران پرداخته شود.یافتهها: عرضه گسترده ظرفیت های آموزش عالی علوم پزشکی کشور در سطح منطقه،جهان و توانمندسازی در سطوح ملی و فراملی، رصد همکاری های بین المللی در حوزه علوم پزشکی و توسعه شبکه تبادلات علمی کشور و برنامه های آموزشی مشترک با دانشگاه های معتبر جهان از محورهای اصلی بینالمللی سازی آموزش پزشکی است. البته ایستایی بر برخی محورها مانع پویایی همهجانبه در مسیر درخشش بین المللی میگردد .هدف از بین المللیسازی تنها جذب دانشجوی خارجی و طرحهای تحقیقاتی مشترک نیست. راهبری مجلات، انجمنهای علمی و موسسات بین المللی برونمرزی توسط فرهیختگان کشور و ایجاد شعب بینالمللی از مصادیق درخشش بینالمللی است که توجه نظام آموزشی کشور را میطلبد. نتیجهگیری: بدین ترتیب با ایدهپردازی و خلاقیت، تربیت دانش آموختگانی با تبلور در عرصه های جهانی و فراهم آوردن زمینه مرجعیت علمی بینالمللی می توان در راستای تحقق این رسالت گام برداشت.

امکانسنجی تدریس تفسیر موضوعی قرآن کریم با رویکرد سلامتمحور در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی
چکیدهزمینه و هدف: ازجمله مباحث علوم بشری که در قرآن کریم به آن توجه شده مباحث مرتبط با حوزه سلامت و دانش پزشکی است. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی امکان پذیری تدریس تفسیر موضوعی قرآن با رویکرد سلامت محور در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی و ارائه چارچوب کلی برای تدوین سرفصلهای این درس میباشد.روش بررسی: این پژوهش کاربردی و با رویکرد ترکیبی کمی و کیفی در سال تحصیلی 99-98 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام گرفت، جامعه آماری 24نفر از مدرسان درس تفسیر موضوعی قرآن، کارشناسان حوزه معارف اسلامی و متخصصان حوزه سلامت و آشنا به مباحث حوزه معارف بودند. ابزار مطالعه، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید کارشناسان قرار گرفت.یافته ها: مشارکتکنندگان(100درصد) ارائه درس تفسیر موضوعی قرآن کریم با رویکرد سلامتمحور را نه تنها امری ممکن بلکه مفید و ضروری دانستند. اکثر مشارکتکنندگان (75درصد) معتقد بودند سرفصلهای درس قابلیت ارائه با این رویکرد را دارند. 100درصد مشارکتکنندگان، ارائه این رویکرد را درابعاد چهارگانه سلامت (معنوی، اجتماعی، روانی و جسمی) ممکن دانستند امّا منابع موجود را برای تحقق این رویکرد کافی ندانستند. نتیجه گیری: ارائه درس تفسیر موضوعی قرآن کریم با رویکرد سلامتمحور در ابعاد چهارگانه (معنوی، اجتماعی، روانی و جسمی) امری ممکن بلکه مفید و ضروری و منشأ پویایی و کارآمدی این درس خواهد بود. سرفصلهای پیشنهادی سلامت محور نیز راهگشای مناسبی برای تحقق عینی این رویکرد خواهد بود.

اثربخشی مقایسه ای درمان مبتنی بر شفقت و درمان کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی روی انگ بیماران مبتلا به اچ.آی.وی/ایدز بیمارستان امام خمینی
زمینهوهدف: با گذشت 40 سال از پاندمی ایدز، انگ ناشی از این بیماری همچنان بهعنوان یک چالش مهم برای دستیابی به هدف پایان دادن به ایدز به عنوان یک تهدید بهداشت عمومی و مانع عمده ای برای سلامت جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی این بیماران محسوب میشود.روشپژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود که به صورت مداخله ای در بازه زمانی اردیبهشت تا دی ماه سال 98 روی 54 بیماران مبتلا به اچ.آی.وی/ایدز مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره بیماری های رفتاری بیمارستان امام خمینی شهر تهران انجام شد. نمونه های مورد بررسی بصورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و بصورت تصادفی در سه گروه 18 نفری درمان مبتنی بر شفقت، درمان کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. هر درمان به مدت 10 جلسه بطور هفتگی به دو گروه آزمایش ارائه شد و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار گرفت. میزان انگ بیماران در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با مقیاس انگ برگر (Berger Scale Stigma) ارزیابی شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS 23 ، آمار توصیـفی و آمار استنبـاطی (آزمون های تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغییری، بونفرونی و تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه) استفـاده شـد. یافته ها: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که هر دو درمان مبتنی بر شفقت و کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی روی انگ بیماران مبتلا به اچ.آی.وی/ ایدز موثر بود. مقایسه اثربخشی دو روش درمانی نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر شفقت باعث کاهش بیشتری بر میزان انگ بیماران مبتلا به اچ.آی.وی/ ایدز شد. تغییرات ایجاد شده در پیگیری سه ماه پس از درمان نیز همچنان پایدار باقی ماند.نتیجه گیری: یافتههای مذکور گویای سودمندی دو روش درمان مبتنی بر شفقت و درمان کاهش مبتنی بر استرس روی انگ بیماران مبتلا به اچ.آی.وی/ایدز بود. این یافتهها میتواند در طرحریزی مداخلات پیشگیرانه جهت ارتقاء سلامت روانی و اجتماعی بیماران مبتلا به اچ.آی.وی موثر باشد. کلیدواژه: اچ.آی.وی، ایدز، انگ، درمان مبتنی بر شفقت، درمان کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی

بررسی دیدگاه اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران درباره سامانه آموزش مجازی و بکارگیری آن در پاندمی کووید 19
زمینه و هدف: شرایط بحرانی پاندمی کووید 19 ضرورت ایجاد سریع سامانه آموزش مجازی را ایجاب نمود. آموزش مجازی، نظام آموزشی فعال و هوشمندی است که یکی از ابزارهای مورد استفاده آن اینترنت می باشد. لذا این پژوهش با هدف بررسی دیدگاه اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران درباره سامانه آموزش مجازی و بکارگیری آن در پاندمی کووید 19 انجام شد. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- مقطعی و اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران جامعه این پژوهش بودند. ابزار این پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و با شاخص روایی محتوایی=0/91 و نسبت روایی محتوایی=0/71 و پایایی 0/84 با آلفای کرونباخ بود. معیارهای ورود به مطالعه تدریس در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران و داشتن صفحه شخصی در سامانه بود. معیارهای خروج از مطالعه پر کردن ناقص پرسشنامه بود. ارزیابی داده ها با SPSS 24انجام شد. یافته ها: در کل 348 نفر از اساتید وارد سامانه آموزش مجازی شدند. اکثر افراد خانم(63/6%)، دارای مدرک تحصیلی دکتری تخصصی و در مرتبه استادیاری (47/7%) بودند. در تمام موارد اساتید نسبت به ویژگی های سامانه مجازی دیدگاه موافق داشتند. در حالیکه 36% معتقد بودند با استفاده از سامانه آموزش مجازی تعامل با دانشجو کمرنگ می شود. اکثر اساتید درباره فرایند اجرای آموزش مجازی در دانشگاه دیدگاه موافق داشتند. نتیجه گیری: اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران درباره سامانه آموزش مجازی و بکارگیری آن در دانشگاه دیدگاه مثبت داشتند.

Background and objective :Due to critical situation of Covid-19 Pandemic, a quick establishment of a virtual educational system was necessary. Virtual education is an active and intelligent educational system, in which one of the used tools is the Internet. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the views of professors of Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences about the virtual educational system and its application during Covid-19 pandemic.

Methods and Materials: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted by professors of Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences in Tehran. In this study, a researcher-made questionnaire with face validity and qualitative content validity approved by the group of experts with quantitative content validity of Content Validity Ratio = 0.71, Content Validity Index = 0.91 and reliability of 0.84 and Cronbach's alpha was used. Inclusion criteria were teaching at the Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences in Tehran and having a personal page in the system. Exclusion criteria were incomplete completion of the questionnaire. Data evaluation was performed with SPSS 24.

Results: A total of 348 professors entered the virtual system. Most of these professors were women (63.6%) with a doctorate degree and assistant professorship(47.7%). The results showed that in all cases, professors had a positive view toward the features of the virtual system. While 36% believed that using the virtual educational system would reduce the interaction. Most professors agreed on the infrastructure and implementation process of e-learning.

Conclusion: The professors of Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences had a positive opinion about the virtual educational system and its use in the university.

دانشگاه حکمت بنیان، هدف راهبردی الگوی شش وجهی تعالی آموزش علوم پزشکی
تدوین برنامه های تحول در آموزش علوم پزشکی کشور و تجربه پیاده سازی و ارزیابی آنها نشان داد که بدون راهبردی مبتنی بر ارزش های بنیادینی که در مجموعه سیاست ها و برنامه های نظام علمی و آموزشی دیده شده اند ، و ترجمان این ارزش ها در قالب برنامه های عملیاتی دستیابی به اهداف غائی برنامه ممکن نخواهد بود. الگوی شش وجهی تعالی دانشگاه ها با هدف تبیین این مسیر طراحی شد. در این مقاله بر آن هستیم که نشان دهیم دانشگاه ها و بویژه دانشگاه های حوزه علوم پزشکی برای دستیابی به تعالی، بایستی ارزش های بنیادین اخلاقی و معنوی را در سیاست ها، برنامه ها و عملیات خود نهادینه سازند و این ممکن نخواهد بود مگر آنکه به شکل دهی دانشگاه حکمت بنیان به عنوان هدف راهبردی خود نگاه کنند. نشان می دهیم که ارزش های اخلاقی و معنوی در کدام بخش الگو جای می گیرند و استدلال می کنیم که طراحی و پیاده سازی راهبردهائی که چتر ارزش های اخلاقی و معنوی را بر خردورزی، همگرائی، ماموریت گرائی، دستیابی به مرجعیت علمی و پاسخگوئی اجتماعی بگستراند می تواند نظام آموزش علوم پزشکی را به سمت و سوی دانشگاه حکمت بنیان سوق داده و به اهداف غائی خود دست یابد.

مطالعه تطبیقی الگوی همکاری صنعت و دانشگاه برای توسعه همکاری بین بخشی در آموزش علوم پزشکی در کشورهای منتخب
مقدمه: باتوجه به تصویب سند آمایش سرزمینی در آموزش عالی سلامت ضروری است تا با استفاده از الگوهای همکاری حوزه های مختلف، الگوی همکاری بین بخشی برای اجرای این مصوبه تدوین گردد. بدین منظور مطالعه حاضر به بررسی ابعاد مختلف همکاری صنعت و دانشگاه در کشورهای منتخب، به عنوان نمونه ای از همکاری بین بخشی در آموزش عالی سلامت پرداخته است. روش پژوهش: برای انجام این پژوهش 7 اصطلاح کلیدی در پایگاه های علمی معتبر و همچنین پایگاههای اطلاعاتی معتبر در کشورهای منتخب جستجو شد. پس از بررسی مستند گردآوری و حذف مستندات غیرمرتبط، اسناد و گزارش های استخراج شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: در این مطالعه 4 کشور آمریکا، آلمان، انگلستان و استرالیا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. شرایط کلی، نهادهای های متولی، ساختار آموزش پزشکی، میزان همکاری صنعت با دانشگاه در طرح های تحقیق و توسعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته های این پژوهش رشد همکاری صنعت و دانشگاه را نشان میدهد. به طوری که بخش عمده سرمایه این طرح ها توسط بخش صنعت تامین می شود. نتیجه گیری: ایجاد همکاری های بلندمدت دانشگاه و صنعت، همکاری صنایع مختلف در کشور، تعریف پروژه های بین رشته ای، ارتباط بیشتر با جامعه و رصد نیازهای واقعی و ایجاد بسترهای قانونی برای امکان سرمایه گذاری بیشتر اشخاص و صنایع از اهم مواردی است که باید برای توسعه همکاری صنعت و دانشگاه در کشورهای در حال توسعه به آن توجه شود.

زمینه و هدف: بازار داخلی محصولات دانشبنیان، نسبتاً کوچک است بنابراین شرکتهای دانشبنیان برای رشد و توسعه باید وارد بازارهای بینالمللی شوند. اما هنگام ورود، این شرکتها با موانع و چالشهایی روبرو میشوند. هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی موانعی است که شرکتهای دانشبنیان حوزه سلامت هنگام ورود به بازارهای بینالمللی با آن مواجه میشوند. روش بررسی: در این تحقیق از روش مطالعه مروری و پانل نخبگان استفاده شده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات از نرمافزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 25 ) و آمار توصیفی و آزمون ناپارامتری کروسکال والیس استفاده شده است.یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که اصلیترین موانع داخلی شامل عدم سرمایهگذاری در فعالیتهای تحقیق و توسعه، عدم همکاری تحقیقاتی بین صنعت و دانشگاه و عدم حضور در نمایشگاههای بینالمللی بود و موانع اصلی خارجی مربوط به عدم دسترسی به شبکه توزیع، حضور رقبای خارجی با برندهای مشهور و عدم آگاهی از قوانین و مقررات کشورهای خارجی بود.نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه توصیههایی عملی را به مدیران شرکتهای دانشبنیان که قصد ورود به بازارهای بینالمللی را دارند ارائه میدهد از جمله: سرمایهگذاری در فعالیتهای تحقیق و توسعه، همکاری تحقیقاتی بین صنعت و دانشگاه، حضور در نمایشگاههای معتبر داخلی و خارجی، دسترسی به کانال توزیع مناسب، شناسایی رقبای خارجی با برندهای مشهور و آگاهی از قوانین و مقررات کشورهای خارجی.
