طراحی و روان سنجی ابزار سنجش ابعاد محتوایی و ساختاری دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی و موسسات آموزش عالی سلامت (با رویکرد به تحول و نوآوری در آموزش عالی سلامت در قرن 21)

چکیده

زمینه‌و‌هدف: ابعاد محتوایی‌و‌ساختاری دانشگاه‌های علوم‌پزشکی و موسسات آموزش‌عالی سلامت، از عوامل حیاتی برای موفقیت ‌این سازمان‌ ‌ها می‌باشند. حرکت دانشگاه‌ها از ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎی ﺳﻨﺘﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮی ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎی نوین داﻧﺶ‌ﻣﺤﻮر نیازمند بررسی وضعیت این ابعاد است. این پژوهش جهت طراحی و روان سنجی ابزار سنجش ابعاد محتوایی‌و‌‌ساختاری سازمان دانشگاه‌های علوم‌‌پزشکی و موسسات آموزش‌ عالی‌سلامت انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ در ﺳﺎل تحصیلی 1398-1397 و طی دو مرحله ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و اﻧﺠﺎم گردید. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻃﺮاحی ﮔﻮیه‌ﻫﺎ و در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮐﻤﯽ روان‌سنجی ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ابزار اولیه با 139گویه طراحی گردید و پس از دو مرحله دلفی به124گویه تقلیل یافت. روایی صوری کمی ‌و ‌کیفی بررسی و پایایی آن به روش آلفای‌کرونباخ و پایایی‌ترکیبی تعیین و ابزارمذکور با تحلیل عامل تأییدی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart pls3 مورد تایید قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: پس از مراحل تعیین روایی‌و‌‌پایایی، پرسشنامه‌ای با 16 بعد و 86 گویه طراحی شد. مقدار شاخص روایی محتوایی همه گویه‌ها بالای 7/0به دست آمد. در بررسی روایی‌سازه، مقدار بار‌عاملی تمام گویه‌ها، مقادیر مناسبی عمدتا بالاتر از 7/0، پایایی هر دو ملاک(آلفای‌کرونباخ، پایایی‌ترکیبی) تمام ابعاد بالای 7/0، میانگین واریانس‌استخراج‌شده((AVE را در همه ابعاد بیشتر از 5/0 نشان داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه شاهد مناسبی در خصوص استحکام ساختار عاملی و پایایی ابزار سنجش ابعاد محتوایی‌و‌‌ساختاری دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک است. توسعه این ابزار می‌تواند جهت سنجش ابعاد محتوایی‌و‌‌ساختاری درسایر دانشگاه‌های علوم‌پزشکی و موسسات آموزش‌عالی سلامت مورد توجه و استفاده پژوهشگران قرار گیرد.

Design and Psychometric Assessment of the Structural and Content Dimensions of Medical Universities and Higher Education Institutions: with an Approach to Development and Innovation in Medical Education In the 21st century

چکیده [English]

Background and Purpose: The content and structural dimensions of medical universities and health education institutions are critical to the success of these organizations. The movement of universities from the disciplines to the new knowledge based Organization requires the examination of the status of these dimensions. This study was conducted to design and psychometrically evaluate the content and structural dimensions of the organization of medical universities and higher education institutes.

Analysis method: This was done in the academic year of 1398-1397 and in two stages. In the qualitative research, design items and then took a psychometric questionnaire. The initial tool was designed with 139 items and was reduced to 124 items after two Delphi stages. Quantitative and qualitative formal validity was investigated and its reliability was determined by Cronbach's alpha method and hybrid reliability.

Findings: After determining the validity and reliability, a questionnaire with 16 dimensions and 86 items was designed. The value of the content validity index of all items was above 0.7. In the study of structural validity, the factor load factor of all items, appropriate values mainly above 0.7, reliability of both criteria (Alpha Cronbach, composite reliability) all dimensions above 0.7, average variance and extracted (AVE )showed more than 0.5 in all dimensions.

Conclusion: The results of this study are a good indication of the strength of the factor structure and reliability of the content measurement tools of the content and structural dimensions of the major universities of medical sciences in Region One. This tool can be considered and used by researchers to measure the content and structural dimensions in other universities of medical sciences and higher education institutions.
