مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی و کاربرد آن در آموزش و درمان در کشورهای منتخب: مطالعه مروری

چکیده

چکیده

مقدمه: تجهیزات پزشکی، سهم عمده‌ای در آموزش دانشجویان دارد و با توجه به کمبود منابع باید خرید تجهیزات پزشکی، متناسب با نیازهای کاربران و با توجه به مؤلفه‌های اقتصادی و مدیریتی صورت گیرد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی مقایسه‌ای خرید تجهیزات پزشکی در کشورهای منتخب صورت گرفت تا با استفاده از نتایج آن، ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر در مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی استخراج گردد.

روش کار: این پژوهش کاربردی به‌صورت توصیفی- تطبیقی (مقایسه‌ای) انجام شده و تفسیر اطلاعات، هم‌جواری اطلاعات و مقایسه اطلاعات صورت گرفته است. نمونه‌های این پژوهش، کشورهای آمریکا، کانادا، استرالیا، آلمان، چین، هندوستان و ترکیه در زمینه مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی در نظر گرفته شدند که از جنبه‌های مختلف مقایسه گردیدند و در مرحله بعد در پانل خبرگان مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی استخراج شد.

نتایج: نتایج مطالعات تطبیقی حاکی از آن است که در کشورهای موردمطالعه، توجه به پیشرفت‌های علمی و فناوری پزشکی و منحصربه‌فرد بودن تجهیزات پزشکی از حیث تکنولوژی مورداستفاده، آموزش کاربران، قیمت، خدمات پس از فروش، قدرت چانه‌زنی و مذاکره در راستای انعقاد قراردادهای بهتر و لزوم رعایت قوانین و استانداردها، برخی از مؤلفه‌هایی هستند که با هم هم‌خوانی داشتند.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به کمبود منابع و نیازهای متنوع افراد جامعه، استفاده از مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی به‌صورت علمی، یک ضرورت در نظام سلامت است و در این راستا ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی استخراج می‌گردد که در طراحی الگوی مدیریت خرید تجهیزات پزشکی استفاده خواهد شد.
