The purpose of this study was to assess the nutritional condition and correlation between daily physical activity and obesity in 11-year old girls. The subjects were 325 11-year old students with different cultural-economical levels who were chosen by chance and then they fill out 7-day exercise, nutritional, tendency of physical activity in children and teenagers questionnaire by the help of their health care unit of their schools. Anthropometrical variants such as height, weight and BMI were measured. The results shown obesity and over weight in children were 13% and 25%, respectively. Physical activity and using vegetables don’t have any relation with each other and having food in front of TV, coke, chips, fast foods and hours of sleep have direct relation with obesity. The results of present study are similar with the previous ones and it is necessary for nutritionists to make appropriate decisions for making the eating habitual correct and avoid eating fast foods to prevent obesity and its probability events in future.
