بررسی رفتارهای مدیریت عملکرد مدیران گروه‌های آموزشی از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران با ابزار PMBQ درسال 1395

چکیده

زمینه و هدف : مدیریت عملکرد گروه های آموزشی منجر به شناخت بهتر نقاط ضعف و قوت عملکرد آنان شده که ریشه یابی آن م یتواند منجر به بهبود و ارتقاء نظام آموزشی گردد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال ۱۳۹۵ در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران انجام گرفت. افراد شرکت کننده در این مطالعه ۲۷۰ عضو هیات علمی بودند که در روند ارزیابی مدیران گرو ههای آموزشی خود با استفاده پرسشنامه کینگ شامل تعیین تعیین اهداف، ارتباط، بازخورد، مربی گری، تدارک نتایج و ایجاد یا پایش انتظارات عملکرد، شرکت نمودند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگانو تعداد اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران ۲۷۰ نفر ( ۱۱۷ مرد و ۱۵۳ زن) تعیین گردید.داده های این مطالعه با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تی تت، کای دو ، آنالوا و انالیزر/ریون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج آنالیز واریانس نشان داد که بین مدیران گروه های آموزشی دانشکده های مختلف تفاوت معنی داری در ارزیابی رفتارهای مدیریت عملکرد وجود دارد( ۰/۰۰۱ >P)در مولفه تعیین اهداف دانشکده بهداشت (۰/۲۱ ±۴/۵۲ ) و مدیریت و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی( ۳۳ / ۰± ۰۵ / ۴)، در مولفه ارتباط دانشکده علوم رفتاری و سالمت روان(۳۳ / ۰ ± ۶۷ / ۴) و دانشکده علوم توانبخشی (۴۳ / ۰± ۳۲ / ۴)، در مولفه مربیگری دانشکده پرستاری و مامائی (۲۸ / ۰± ۲۰ / ۴ )، در مولفه تدارک نتایج دانشکده پیراپزشکی( ۲۳ / ۰± ۴۳ / ۴)، در مولفه پایش انتظارات دانشکده پزشکی (۴/ ۰± ۱۷ / ۴) از سایر مدیران گروه های آموزشی دانشکده ها بالاتر است و در مولفه بازخورد دانشکد ههای مختلف از سطح یکسان برخوردار بوده و در حد متوسط است.
نتیجه گیری: اختلاف اماری معنی دار بین مدیران گروههای آموزشی از نظر رفتار مدیریت عمکلرد موجود داشت . نتایج این مطالعه شاهد تجربی جهت انجام مدخلات بهبود مدیریت عملکرد در میان مدیران گروههای آموزشی است
