چکیده

زمینه و هدف: یکی از مؤلفه های مهم جهت افزایش شایستگی های حرفه ای کارکنان، بهبود انطباق پذیری شغلی می باشد. با توجه به اهمیت انطباق پذیری شغلی و ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎی ﺣﺮﻓﻪ ای ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد کیفیت ﺧﺪﻣﺖ، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ ﺗﻼش ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺧﻮد را ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اراﺋﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺑﺎ ﮐیﻔﯽ ﺗﺮ، ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزﻧﺪ و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎیﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ ای آﻧﺎن را در ﻋﻤﻞ ارﺗﻘـﺎ ﺑﺨﺸـﻨﺪ، از این رو، هدف این مطالعه تعیین رابطه انطباق پذیری شغلی با شایستگی های حرفه ای کارکنان حوزه ستادی معاونت آموزشی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی بوده است.
روش بررسی: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی و کاربردی بود که در سال ۱۳۹7 انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارکنان شاغل در معاونت آموزشی وزارت بهداشت و حجم نمونه با توجه به جدول مورگان 169 نفر بود. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه انطباق پذیری شغلی ساویکاس و پورفلی (2012) و پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته شایستگی های حرفه ای کارکنان استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین بعد نگرش بیش از میانگین ابعاد دیگر شایستگی حرفه ای کارکنان و میانگین بعد دغدغه شغلی بیش از میانگین ابعاد دیگر انطباق پذیری شغلی کارکنان مورد مطالعه بود و ارتباط بین متغیر انطباق پذیری شغلی و ابعاد آن شامل کنترل شغلی، کنجکاوی شغلی و اعتماد شغلی با متغیر شایستگی های حرفه ای کارکنان از لحاظ آماری معنی دار می باشد.
نتیجه گیری: بنابراین با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش و تاثیر انطباق پذیری شغلی بر شایستگی کارکنان مورد مطالعه که در این پژوهش بیش از متوسط ارزیابی شده است، لازم است مدیریت بر انطباق پذیری شغلی کارکنان تاکید نمایند تا از مزایای آنها در بهبود شایستگی های حرفه ای کارکنان بهره مند شود.

Abstract
Objective: Undoubtedly, improvement of job adaptability is one of the important components for increasing professional competencies of employees. Considering the importance of job adaptability and professional competence of staff in improving the quality of service, organizations are trying to empower their staff to provide better quality services and improve their professional competence in practice. In this study, the relationship between job adaptability and professional competencies of the staff of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education was discussed.
Methods: The study was descriptive. The population of the Research Department of the Ministry of Health staff and According to Morgan table the sample size of 169 people. In this study, Savisas and Porfeli's Job Adaptability Questionnaire (2012) and a researcher-made professional competency questionnaire were used.

Results: In this study, the mean of dimension of attitude over average of other dimensions of employees' professional competence and the average of occupational occupational dimension were more than the average of other dimensions of occupational adaptability of the employees studied. The relationship between job adaptability variable and its dimensions including job control, job curiosity and job trust with professional competency variables were statistically significant (p-value< 0.05) and relationship between occupational duty and professional competency variables was not statistically significant.
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, one can understand the relationship between job adaptability and professional competencies of employees, and they have to step up their coordination. Considering that the impact of job adaptability on employees' merit is more than average evaluated in this research, it is necessary to emphasize on the adaptability of employees in order to benefit from their improvement in employee professional competencies.
