تحلیل گفتمان مرجعیت علمی در ایران

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: اصطلاح «مرجعیت علمی» اولین بار توسط مقام معظم رهبری (دام ظله) مطرح شد و پس از آن بارها در دیدار با دانشگاهیان مورد تبیین قرار گرفت. پس از آن دستیابی به این هدف بزرگ در سند چشم انداز جمهوری اسلامی ایران و سند نقشه جامع علمی کشور قرار گرفت و پژوهشگران مختلف پیرامون مفهوم مرجعیت علمی به تعریف، تفسیر و تبیین این مفهوم پرداختند؛ به طوریکه تعریف و مصادیق این مفهوم در طول زمان توسعه پیدا کرد و علاوه بر معنای مستقیم مفاهیم موازی با آن شکل گرفت و توسعه یافت از این رو به دلیل نیازی که به تبیین ریشه های این مفهوم در طول زمان وجود داشت این مطالعه با هدف تحلیل گفتمان مرجعیت علمی در ایران انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت کیفی و به روش تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی نورمن فرکلاف با تمرکز بر سه مقوله متن، کنش گفتمانی و کنش اجتماعی انجام شده است. بدین منظور، گفتمان معاصر کشور ایران در زمینه مرجعیت علمی طبق مراحل روش تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی فرکلاف مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: یافته های این مطالعه مشتمل بر 1232 کد (ساده و مرکب) بود که منجر به انتزاع 40 تم گفتمانی و پیکره بندی گفتمانی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: شناسایی بستر گفتمانی مرجعیت علمی در کشور در این مطالعه به تعریف دقیق تر، اندازه گیری علمی و برنامه ریزی مناسب تر برای نیل به مرجعیت کمک خواهد کرد.

چکیده [English]

introduction: The term "scientific supremacy " was first introduced by Ayatollah Khamenei and had been explained many times in meetings with academic faculties. After that, achieving this great goal was included in the vision document of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the comprehensive scientific map of the country; and various researchers defined, interpreted and explained this concept; so the definition and examples of this concept developed over time and in addition to the direct meaning of this concept the parallel concepts were formed and developed, therefore, due to the need to explain the roots of this concept over time, this study aim was analyze the discourse of scientific supremacy in Iran.
Methods: This qualitative study was conducted according to Norman Fairclough critical discourse analysis method, this method focused on three categories of text, discourse action and social action. For this purpose, the contemporary discourse of Iran in the field of scientific supremacy was examined and analyzed according to the Fairclough critical discourse analysis method.
Results: The findings of this study consisted of 1232 codes (simple and compound) which led to the abstraction of 40 discourse themes.
Conclusion: Identifying the discourse context of scientific supremacy in the country will help to define more accurately, scientific measurement and more appropriate planning to achieve supremacy.
