مؤلفه های مؤثر بر توسعه پژوهش‌های میان رشته‌ای ( مطالعه داده بنیاد)

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: در سال­های اخیر، رویکرد میان رشته ­ای در راستای حل مشکلات پیچیده و چندبعدی در علوم مختلف، آموزش و سیاست مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. ارتباط و همبستگی­ های میان موضوع مطالعه یک رشته با موضوعات سایر رشته­ ها و جهان پیرامونی، می ­تواند چشم اندازی جدید و رویکردی نو به حل معضلات ارائه نماید. در واقع میان­ رشتگی، داعیه جامع ­نگری و حل مسائلی را دارد که شاخه ­های مختلف علمی به تنهایی قادر به حل آن­ها نیستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه­ های مؤثر بر توسعه میان ­رشته­ ای، با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد انجام گرفت.  
روش بررسی: مطالعه به صورت کیفی و تحلیل ها و مدل نهایی در قالب نظریه داده بنیاد ارائه گردید. داده­ های پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه نیمه-ساختار­یافته با 20 عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز که در زمینه پژوهش­ های میان رشته ­ای صاحب ­نظر و تجربه بودند با روش نمونه ­گیری هدفمند جمع ­آوری و با نرم ­افزار Maxqda تحلیل شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل مصاحبه ­های پژوهش، منجر به شناسایی 11 مقوله اصلی (تعامل بین ­رشته­ ای، نگاه همه­ جانبه، مشوق ­ها، فرهنگ­سازی و آموزش، عوامل ساختاری، عوامل زیرساختی، جدا افتادگی، ناشناختگی، فردمحوری، منفعت ­طلبی و ضعف کار تیمی) گردید. نگاه همه جانبه به عنوان پدیده محوری، تعامل بین رشته­ ای به عنوان پیامد، فرهنگ­سازی و آموزش عوامل ساختاری و زیرساخت­ها به عنوان شرایط علّی، عوامل فردی ( فردمحوری، منفعت­ طلبی و ضعف کار تیمی) به عنوان شرایط مداخله­ گر، مشوق ­ها، جدا افتادگی وناشناختگی به عنوان عوامل زمینه ­ای شناخته شدند.
نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر، به استخراج راهکارهایی جهت توسعه پژوهش­ های میان­ رشته ­ای انجامید. این راهکارها شامل آگاهی جامع نسبت به پژوهش ­های میان­ رشته­ ای، برقراری ارتباط هرچه بیشتر بین دانشگاه­ها، تحول درآموزش و تربیت نیروی انسانی کارامد، افزایش اعتبارات پژوهشی در حوزه­های میان رشته­ای، تدوین آیین ­نامه ­های حمایتی و تشویقی، ایجاد فضاهایی جهت تسهیل تعاملات متخصصان حوزه­ های مختلف، برگزاری همایش­ ها و نشست­ های بین ­رشته ­ای با هدف آشنایی حوزه ­های مختلف علوم با یکدیگر، ایجاد مراکز و هسته­ های تحقیقاتی با هدف تسهیل و معرفی موضوعات پژوهش در حیطه­ های میان­ رشته ­ای، تربیت نیروی انسانی پژوهشگرکارآمد و همچنین اتخاذ رویکرد میان ­رشته­ ای از طریق مراکز میان­ رشته ­ای که موجبات توسعه در حوزه پژوهش ­های میان ­رشته­ ای فراهم می­نماید.
