رابطه رضایت از زندگی با رفتارهای قلدرانه با دانشجویان پرستاری در محیط‌های بالینی با میانجیگری سلامت معنوی: مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: یکی از مسائلی که دانشجویان پرستاری در محیط‌های بالینی با آن مواجه هستند رفتارهای قلدرانه است که می‌تواند عواقب ناخوشایندی بر رضایت از زندگی داشته باشد؛ از طرفی وجود سلامت معنوی می‌تواند بر کاهش رفتارهای قلدری و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی تأثیرگذار باشد. هدف این مطالعه تعیین رابطۀ رضایت از زندگی با رفتارهای قلدرانه با دانشجویان پرستاری در محیط‌های بالینی با میانجیگری سلامت معنوی است.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بر روی 118 دانشجوی پرستاری صورت گرفت. پرسشنامه‌های اطلاعات دموگرافیک، رفتارهای قلدری در دانشجویان پرستاری، رضایت از زندگی، سلامت معنوی تکمیل شد و داده‌ها با نرم‌افزارهای 26 SPSS و 24AMOS برای مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و آزمون سوبل برای بررسی اثر میانجی تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: میزان قلدری تجربه شده 61% بود. بین رضایت از زندگی و سلامت معنوی، رابطۀ مثبت و معنی‌دار (01/0>P) مشاهده شد. بین متغیرهای رضایت از زندگی و سلامت معنوی با رفتارهای قلدرانه با دانشجویان پرستاری در محیط‌های بالینی، رابطۀ منفی و معنی‌دار (01/0>P) وجود داشت. متغیرهای رضایت از زندگی و سلامت معنوی در مجموع 46 % از واریانس متغیر رفتارهای قلدرانه با دانشجویان پرستاری در محیط‌های بالینی را تبیین می‌کند.
نتیجه‌گیری: دانشجویان پرستاری اغلب در محیط کارآموزی مورد قلدری قرار می‌گیرند. بنابراین با توجه به اینکه سلامت معنوی، رابطۀ بین رضایت از زندگی و رفتارهای قلدرانه با دانشجویان پرستاری در محیط‌های بالینی را میانجی‌گری می‌کند، ارتقای سلامت معنوی می‌تواند همراه با کاهش تجربه رفتارهای قلدرانه باشد.
