جایگاه یادگیری سیار در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی کشور: نظرات، پیامد ها

چکیده

زمینه هدف :سرعت ‌بالای پیشرفت در علوم پزشکی، خلاقیت در فنّاوری، زمان محدود برای انجام کارهای جدید، چشم‌انداز جدیدی را در آموزش پزشکی به وجود آورده است. با این شرایط دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی جهت انتقال اطلاعات و مهارت‌ها با دشواری‌هایی روبرو هستند.
روش‌ بررسی: در این مطالعه با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی یادگیری سیار، آموزش پزشکی، دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی، و معادل انگلیسی آن‌ها، مقالات مطالعات مرتبط از سال 2000 تا2016 در پایگاه‌هایGoogle scholar, pub med ,Scopus و مجلات معتبر داخلی و خارجی مرتبط با آموزش پزشکی انتخاب شدند و بر اساس حیطه‌های مطرح در این نوع آموزش، در نهایت36 مقاله انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: براساس نتایج حاصل از جستجو و تحلیل محتوای مقالات، مطالب در 6 دسته زیر دسته بندی شدند: 1- نظرات دانشجویان 2-نتایج و پیامدهای استفاده از یادگیری سیار3-مقایسه با دیگر روشهای آموزشی 4-کاربرد در رابطه با برنامه آموزشی و ارزیابی دانشجو 5- ارتباط با تئوری های یادگیری 6-چالش های یادگیری سیار.
نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعات بررسی‌شده از اثرات مثبت این روش در آموزش پزشکی حمایت نمودند. مهم‌ترین مشخصه‌های این نوع از یادگیری عبارت بود از در دسترس بودن، یادگیرنده محور بودن، شخصی و غیررسمی. از طرفی نبود زیرساخت‌ها، هزینه بالا، آشنا نبودن با این روش‌ها، و کمبود نرم‌افزارهای کاربردی از چالش‌های این روش یادگیری و آموزش بود. با توجه به نتایج مطالعات مختلف، استفاده از این روش‌ها نیاز به آموزش اعضای هیات ‌علمی و مدیران آموزشی دارد.

چکیده [English]

Background: the speed of advance in medical education, creativity in technology, limit time for new work has created new vision in medical education. With these conditions, medical universities for information and skills transferring face difficulties.
Methods: In this study, by using the key words mobile learning, medical education, medical universities, students, empowerment, and their English equivalents, articles were selected related studies from 1995 to 2014 Google scholar, pub med, Scopus databases and local and foreign journals were related to medical education, based on the posed in This fields of education, the situation in this method were studied in different universities of medical sciences and finally 36 were studied.
Results: Based on results and analysis of the content of articles, subjects were grouped in 6 categories includes: 1. Students comments 2. The use of mobile learning outcomes 3-Compared to other methods 4-use training methods in relation to the curriculum and 5. the Relation to learning theories 6-challenges associated with mobile learning.
Conclusion: Improving student learning in line with educational goals need to use different teaching methods. According to various studies, the use of these methods is the need to educate faculty and academic administrators.
