ترکیب درمان شناختی-رفتاری، تدابیر طب سنتی ایران و برخی از عوامل محیطی، بر بی‌خوابی زن میانسال: مطالعۀ موردی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: بی‌خوابی، یکی از مشکلات شایع در دنیای امروز است که پیامدهای مربوط به سلامت، عملکرد و اقتصاد را به دنبال دارد. عوامل گوناگونی باعث اختلالات خواب می‌شود. در پژوهش حاضر، از ترکیب درمان شناختی-رفتاری، طب سنتی ایران و برخی از عوامل محیطی، برای درمان بی‌خوابی زن میانسال استفاده شده است.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر، یک طرح مطالعۀ موردی است. کیس مورد نظر، خانمی چهل و پنج ساله بود که با علائم بی‌خوابی مراجعه کرده بود. با استفاده از مصاحبۀ تشخیصی و شاخص کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ، کیفیت خواب وی، پایین تشخیص داده شد. برای درمان، از راهکارهای رفتاری-شناختی استفاده شد. همزمان، از مراجع خواسته شد یک دستگاه اسپلیت در اتاق خواب خود نصب کند. همچنین، به منظور تعدیل مزاج، مراجع به پزشک طب سنتی ارجاع داده شد. راهکارهای شناختی-رفتاری، دستورهای تغذیه‌ای و غیرتغذیه‌ای پزشک طب سنتی و استفاده از اسپلیت به مدت یک ماه، توسط مراجع رعایت شد.
یافته‌ها: با استفاده از مصاحبه و نیز، شاخص کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ، وضعیت خواب مراجع سنجیده شد که بهبود نسبی کیفیت خواب او را نشان داد. یک سال بعد از شروع درمان، مجدداً، وضعیت خواب وی سنجیده شد که بهبودی بیشتری را نشان داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بنابر تحقیق حاضر، ترکیب درمان شناختی-رفتاری، تدابیر طب سنتی ایران و عوامل محیطی بر بهبود خواب مراجع
تأثیر داشته است. پیشنهاد می‌شود تأثیر ترکیب درمان شناختی-رفتاری، تدابیر طب سنتی ایران و عوامل محیطی بر کابوس و سایر اختلالات خواب در گروههای سنی متفاوت زن و مرد بررسی شود.

Background and Objective: Insomnia, is one of the common problems in today's world, which has health, performance and economic consequences. Various factors, affect the onset of sleep disorders in humans. In the present study, the combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Iranian Traditional Medicine and some environmental factors have been used.
Method: The present study is a case study. The client was a 45-year-old woman who had symptoms of insomnia. Using diagnostic interview and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, her low sleep quality was diagnosed. For treatment, behavioral-cognitive strategies were used. At the same time, the client was asked to install a split unit in her bedroom. Also, for the correction of temperament, the client was referred to the doctor of Iranian Traditional Medicine. The client, followed cognitive-behavioral strategies, use of split and nutritional and non-nutritional instructions of the physician, for 1 month.
Results: Using interview and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, the client’s sleep status was measured, which showed a relative improvement in her sleep quality. One year after the start of the treatment, again, the sleep status of the client was measured, which showed a higher recovery.
Conclusion: Based on the present study, the combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Iranian Traditional Medicine and environmental factors, have had an effect on the improvement of the client’s sleep. Investigating the effects of the combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Iranian Traditional Medicine, and environmental factors on nightmares and other sleep disorders in different age groups of women and men is suggested.
