Background : The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of accreditation on hospital performance and its impact on improving the quality of service delivery and safety. Patients.
Materials and Methods: The research method is descriptive-survey and is a tool for collecting information, questionnaire, internet and reading methods. The statistical population of this research is 100 people from all of the people involved in validation in Tehran Private-Level Private Hospital. The validity of the research was confirmed by professors, elites and experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined using Cronbach's alpha and descriptive statistics Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests (ks) and single sample t tests were used for data analysis.
Results: Considering that the significance of a sequence in all components is less than 5%, and the negative t and the lower and upper limit of confidence interval, it can be concluded that the validity of the implementation has a positive and significant effect on management performance And there is no leadership.
Conclusion: The assessment of hospitals is part of the concept of accreditation. Hence, hospital executives are expected to focus on validation not as an objective but as an inspirational model and an effective tool for improving the quality and safety of patients. Therefore, careful examination and how the documentation is prepared by evaluators and the results of the documented documentation gathered during observations and interviews (combining the methods for assessing documentation with observation and interviewing) can prevent the documentation, and improve hospital performance and effective accreditation.
