نقش مرجعیت علمی و آینده نگری در توسعه دانشگاه های نسل چهارم به منظور ارایه مدل (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی مازندران)

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر، نقش مرجعیت علمی و آینده نگری در توسعه دانشگاه های نسل چهارم به منظور ارایه مدل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران بود.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاریردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری آن را کلیه مدیران و اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران به تعداد 465 نفر تشکیل دادند که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد 210 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسش نامه مرجعیت علمی با 60 سوال، پرسش نامه آینده نگری با 56 سوال و پرسش نامه توسعه دانشگاه نسل چهارم با 40 سوال استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزارها به تایید متخصصان رسید و پایایی آن ها نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسش نامه مرجعیت علمی 88/0، آینده نگری 95/0 و توسعه دانشگاه نسل چهارم 91/0 محاسبه شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آینده نگری با ضریب استاندارد (686/0) بیشترین تاثیر را در توسعه دانشگاه نسل چهارم دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که نقش مرجعیت علمی و آینده نگری در توسعه دانشگاه های نسل چهارم در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران مثبت و معنادار می باشد و همچنین مدل ارائه شده دارای برازش مناسب می باشد.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: The overall objective of the present study was to investigate the role of scientific authority and futurism in the development of fourth-generation universities in order to present a model in Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences.
Methods and Materials: The applied study adopted a descriptive and survey-based approach to conduct the study. The population consisted of 465 managers and faculty members of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. Based on the Cochran formula, 210 individuals were selected by stratified random sampling. For data collection, a questionnaire including 60 questions on scientific authority, 56 for futurism, and 40 questions for fourth-generation university development was used. The face and content validity of the instruments was confirmed by experts and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient leading to 0.88 for scientific reference, 0.95 for futurism, and 0.91 for fourth-generation university development. The structural equation test was used for data analysis.
Results: The results showed that futurism with standard coefficient of (0.686) had the highest impact on the fourth-generation university development.
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the role of scientific authority and futurism in the development of fourth-generation universities at Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences was positive and significant. Also, the proposed model has the appropriate goodness of fit.
