-Methods = review the latest events and definitions for information by searching online databases, and journals and published books, national and international official reports, news and reports from projects and related issues, and approvals of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution and Council of developer Medical universities
- Result - in section existent of spatial planning of higher education health findings revealed the following:
The Most people and number of universities and number of colleges affiliated to universities and disciplines and admissions postgraduate and most Assistant Professors and Associate Professors and Professors , number of articles indexed –number of beds active -all related to region 10 is) - Most admissions for PhD students - Most Instructor ,and number of available hospital are for region 5
The least populated and available hospital is for Region 8 – The least number of universities and Instructor and of Associate Professor and of beds active is for Region 2 and 4) - the lowest students in different grades is for regions 4 , 6) - the lowest number of Assistant Professors is for regions 5) - the lowest number of Professors and of articles is for Region 6)
Conclusion = formation the number ten of the macro-region and the secretariats concerned -- infrastructure management for being programs coordinated packages of change and innovation in medical education - the focus of most facilities, software and hardware in areas of greater and centers province ,especially in the capital, the need for planning and operational of spatial planning ,for native province , decentralization, justice , infrastructure management for creativity and innovation, reorganization plans and processes and to update them, They are inevitable
