دوازده نکته کلیدی اخلاقی در سلامت الکترونیک و پزشکی از راه دور

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: با شروع همه‌گیری کرونا مقاومت‌ پزشکان، سازمان‌های مراقبتی و آحاد مردم، درباره ارائه و دریافت خدمات سلامت از راه‌دور، شکسته شد. اگرچه کسب و‌کارهای سلامت دیجیتال در ایران از دهه اخیر گسترش پیدا-نموده بود، آرما‌ن‌های مدنظر برای گسترش خدمات سلامت الکترونیک، در دوران پاندمی کووید تحقق پیدا نمود. باتوجه به نبود دستورالعمل مصوب درباره اخلاق این حوزه، مهمترین دغدغه، آگاهی و رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی در پلتفرم‌های ارائه سلامت الکترونیک و پزشکی از راه‌دور است. در این مقاله مهم‌ترین محورهای اخلاقی درقالب دوازده نکته کلیدی مطرح شده است.

روش بررسی: یک مرور روایتی از طریق جستجو در پایگاه‌های Scopus, PubMed, Web of Sciences در سال‌های 2014 تا 2022 انجام شد. مقالات غیر انگلیسی زبان، کنگره ها و موارد مربوط به اخلاق آموزش و پژوهش سلامت الکترونیک و پزشکی از راه دور، معیارهای خروج مطالعه بودند.

یافته ها: از 89 مطالعه یافت شده، براساس معیارهای ورود و خروج، 66 مقاله از مطالعه خارج و 23 مقاله وارد شدند. ملاحظات اخلاقی، در 12 محور "حفظ حریم‌خصوصی"، "استفاده به عنوان راهکارمکمل"، "عدالت و دسترسی‌پذیری"، "اعتماد"، "رضایت‌آگاهانه"، "تعهدحرفه‌ای و مسئولیت‌پذیری"، "استقلال پزشک و بیمار"، "اصل رازداری"، "روایی و پایایی"، "جبران غرامت"، "ارزیابی و بازخورد" و "اخذ گواهی" طبقه‌بندی شدند.

نتیجه‌گیری: 12 نکته اخلاقی مذکور، باید محورهای اصلی کد اخلاق این حوزه باشد. درحال حاضر، پیشنهاد می-گردد تا تمامی پلتفرم‌های مجازی ارائه‌دهنده خدمات سلامت، این نکات را در قالب تعهدنامه اخلاقی به اطلاع و امضای افراد دخیل در ارائه خدمت برسانند و دریافت‌کنندگان این خدمات از این دوازده نکته اخلاقی آگاهی داشته باشند.
