By considering human resource position on organization, usually managements have decided to provide innovation of personal for doing their duties better than before. Personal always perpend to comfort and facilities on their workplace, they prefer their work environment be safe, healthy, quite, clean and without any flaw. The aim of this research is : survey on relationship between public (logistic) services and staff personnel satisfaction of ministry of health and medical education. This research is descriptive-analytic and has done in 2013.It was studied on 320 of staff personnel of ministry of health and medical education. For define the relation between logistic providing variable and its variation component of satisfaction it was used spirman and pierson correlation coefficient test. Mean mark of maintenance variable is more than mean other studied variables and minimum mean is for accessories supply. The relationship between logistic providing and satisfaction is meaningful (p-value< 0.001) .It was seen that by increasing logistic providing staff personnel, amount of satisfaction increase too. A favorite workplace and suitable work conditions increase satisfaction and personnel try to have better performance.
