Background and objective: Training and staffing is one of the priorities of any organization. But training employees alone is not enough, and ensuring its positive effects should be one of the priorities of the organization. The purpose of this study was to "evaluate the effectiveness of continuing Training courses of pharmacists and physicians of the Food and Drug Administration based on the CIPP model in 2018".
Method and Materials: The present study is descriptive-survey method and it is an applied research objective. To this end, a total of 76 experts were counted in the census and based on participation in in-service training courses. The data related to the effectiveness of educational courses organized by the Food and Drug Organization as well as the components of the evaluation model of the CIPP were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was done from descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including T Used.
Results: The results of the research show that the training courses of the Food and Drug Administration have been effective in the field of content, process and outsourcing, and also have provided satisfactory staffing.
Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, the participants in the training courses in general assessed the effectiveness of the courses at a desirable level, and these training increased the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the workforce and Increasing order and accuracy, creating gravity and interest in your job and fixing work problems.
