شناسایی ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های ارتقای اثربخشی دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان ستاد مرکزی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: ناکارآمدی دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت وزارت بهداشت را می‌توان عدم همسویی و همراهی محتوای دوره‌های آموزشی با نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان دانست. زمانی که محتوای آموزشی با نیازهای عملیاتی کارکنان همسو نباشد شاهد آن خواهیم بود که نه کارمندان محتوای آموزشی را جدی می‌گیرند و نه آنچه در این دوره‌ها تدریس می‌شود به کار کارمندان می‌آید. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های ارتقای اثربخشی دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان ستاد مرکزی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی می‌باشد.

روش بررسی: روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد. از نظر هدف، در حیطه تحقیقات کاربردی طبقه ‏بندی می‏شود. داده‌های کیفی موردنیاز از طریق کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی جمع‌آوری شدند. جامعه آماری شامل 10 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان دانشگاهی که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبه‌های نیمه ‌ساختاریافته بود که روایی و پایایی آنها مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. مصاحبه‌ها تا زمان رسیدن به حالت اشباع انجام شد. روش تحلیل داده‌ها، کدگذاری متن بود.

یافته‌ها: در جهت تحقق هدف پژوهش، اقدامات انجام شده شامل مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظران، نگارش مطالب توسط محقق، بازخوانی و مرور دقیق متن تمام مصاحبه‌ها بعد از اتمام مصاحبه‌ها، تحلیل محتوای مطالب از طریق کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی که در نهایت ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های موردنظر شناسایی گردید.

نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان‌دهنده آن است که ارتقای اثربخشی این دوره‌ها نیازمند کاربست مجموعه‌ای از ویژگی‌ها و تلاش‌ها است که می‌توان به پرهیز از بیگانگی شغلی، مسئولیت پذیری به جای احساس وظیفه، احساس معنی داری، عشق به کار و مسئولیتهای اجتماعی سازمانی اشاره کرد.
