چکیده

زمینه و هدف:خودارزشیابی یک مهارت تکاملی و قسمت مهمی از فرایند ارزشیابی است که فرد عملکرد خود را در ارتباط
با استانداردها،بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل می نماید، به علاوه به فرد فرصت می دهد تا عقاید خود را در زمینه عملکردهایش
ابراز دارد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزان خود ارزشیابی صلاحیت بالینی کارورزان رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی
مازندران بوده که در سال تحصیلی 95 - 94 انجام شده است.
روش بررسی: در این پژوهش توصیفی 67 نفر از دانش آموختگان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران خود را بر اساس یک
فرم ارزشیابی 91 موردی با مقیاس لیکرت 6 رتبه ای در ده قابلیت عمومی پزشکی مورد ارزشیابی قرار دادند.با محاسبه
میانگین رتبه های داده شده به مجموع موارد مربوط به هر یک از قابلیت ها، نمره آ نها در هر قابلیت تعیین گردید.
یافته ها: دانش آموختگان پزشکی این دانشگاه از میانگین رتبه ای میانگین رتبه ای بیشتر از 94 / 4 برخوردار بودند که
بالاترین میانگین رتب هها به پزشکی سالمندی (X=5/38 ، SD=/067 ) و کمترین میانگین رتبه ها به مهار تهای پروسیجرال
(X=2/48، SD=2/14) اختصاص داشت.
نتیجه گیری: در مطالعه حاضر نشان داده شد که میزان صلاحیت بالینی دانش آموختگان پزشکی بر اساس ارزیابی
خودشان در سطح قابل قبولی بوده است.خود ارزشیابی به عنوان یکی از را ههای دریافت بازخورد از یادگیرندگان می تواند
بازتاب مفیدی را در زمینه میزان موفقیت برنامه پزشکی در ایجاد قابلیت های عمومی برای دست اندرکاران برنامه از نظر
طراحی و اجراء فراهم کند.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: Evaluation is an evolutionary skills and is an important part of the evaluation
process that performance in connection with the standards , and analysis , in addition to Fred gives the opportunity
to his ideas for its performance in the field. The aim of this study was to determine the clinical competency selfassessment
interns Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences was conducted conducted in 2015-2016 years.
Methods and Materials: In this descriptive study 67 person Graduates from the University of Medical Sciences
mazandaran based on an evaluation form 65 case with six - point Likert scale rating evaluate in 10 medical public
capability. with the mean ratings were given to the total cases related to each of their capabilities,their marks
deteimined in any competence.
Results: The medical interns of this university had an average rating of over 4.94 in all qualifications. The
highest rating average medical aging (X = 5/38, SD= 0/67) and the lowest rating average skills procedural
average (X = 2/48, SD = 2/14).
Conclusion: According to the results mean rating of 8 capability is more 5. Self evaluation as one of the ways
to receive feedback from learners can be useful reflection in the field of medical programe success in public
capability programmer in terms of the design and implementation
